This is the biggie, the daddy of them all and it's happening on Sunday 21st february 2010. We'll be having a combined display with the Falcon Cobra Club of Australia, which means a huge display of Coupes. Entry is $20.00 per car which includes all passengers. Get that chamois working and come along, this is Mecca for Ford lovers!!!
Our meeting point is TBA but the likely timing is for a 7am departure. Yes, its early but the queue to get in is pretty big so an early start is a very good idea!!
We as a club are pre-registering to enable direct access to the arena. Please send all entry forms into the Club with payment and we'll process it from there. All clubs are to have their pre registration finalised by 29th January 2010. Please have your entry form and payment into us by 13th January 2010. We have a club meeting that night and we need final numbers then.
You can enter on the day for a cost of $25 but you risk not being able to park with the club display.

**** UPDATED ******
Our meeting point will be the BP servo near Avalon Airport. Be there for departure at 8am sharp.
Some folks based in the East and South East will be meeting at the Notting Hill pub carpark for a 7am getaway to cruise to BP Avalon.
A bit early I know but considering our traditional meeting place at Shell Westgate is now unsuitable and the likelihood of delays due to works on the Westgate Bridge being very high an early start is prudent.
For those who have missed the club registration deadline you can still send your entry forms with payment direct to the organizers until 29th January.
Make sure you bring your deck chair, sunnies, hat and sunscreen. It's usually stinkin' hot there!! |
