This year the Christmas party was held at the Mooroolbark soccer club with an 11am kick off (no pun intended). What a day, a huge turnout and excellent weather ensured all had a great time. There was heaps of food with nobody going hungry that's for sure. It was such a relaxing day of eating, socialising and, for the more energetic, plenty of space to kick the ball around. The facilities were excellent, heaps of parking for the coupes, plenty of shelter and room to move.

It was great to see lots of new members attend as well as several hardened club veterans. It was also great to see a couple of Falcon Cobra Club members there as well.

The highlight was a HUGE raffle with heaps of prizes on offer. Whoever had their ticket drawn simply selected a prize from the display on the table. Unfortunately Red ticket holders didn't get much of a look in.

The day was a huge success and the perfect way to bring a great year to a close. Big thanks firstly to Jamie for organizing the venue and all the ground work involved. Big thanks also to Marita and Karen for the salads and fruit, Lindsay for the BBQs, Tracey, Dave, and anyone else who assisted for all their help on the day.
