I have owned my Landau for approximately 2 years.  I had wanted one since I was 16 years old and finally decided to commit (some 25 years later).

When I found the car it looked pretty bad, having been stripped of its vinyl roof and interior by the former owner.  It was also riddled with rust.

Restoration work was done by Slamed creations in Lilydale, with credit due to a lot of other people out that way as well.  Fortunately the car still had its original engine so all numbers match and I had it completely rebuilt to run on unleaded, with an estimated output of 350+hp

Virtually everything one the car has been rebuilt or replaced, with the emphasis being on originality.  The colour is Frosted lime (original) and the vinyl roof is the original colour.  I decided not to pursue the factory wheels as the hubcaps look terrible and went for what I felt was appropriate period style in Globes.  Someone told me that Globes were actually offered as an option by one Ford dealer however I have not been able to verify this.

The only other non-original part I am looking for is an AM cassette radio, but this is proving difficult to find at a reasonable price.  The leather seats are actually the original leather.
