This park offers a number of activities for the whole family which can be seen on their website, Puffing Billy steam train also comes to this park so you could catch it from Belgrave station and then return to Belgrave later in the afternoon. As it is a busy time of year I would recommend you pre-book your tickets on Puffing Billy to avoid disappointment of it being booked out.

The club has hired a BBQ Shelter called Mess Mate and is shelter No.2 on their map which can be viewed on their website. This shelter has a car park adjacent to it and is located on the right just after you drive across the railway line. We will have the club banner hanging up to make it easier for you to spot the entrance. There is no entry fee into the park however you are required to pay a parking fee which is $2 per hour or $6 for the day, as we will be there for most of the afternoon we would recommend you purchase a day ticket from the closest parking machine.

As per previous years the club will be providing food and drink however we would appreciate as much help as possible in cooking and preparing the food. If you are able to assist with obtaining the food please contact me and I will let you know what we need, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items you purchase.

Please advise Bruce by e-mail lastxc@gmail.com if you intend to come and how many of you there will be to ensure we have enough food and drink for everyone. If you wish to bring extra people that is OK and they can either bring their own food and drink or pay a nominal amount to partake of food and drink provided by the club.
